I'm a coach, shamanic healer, and guide for women who feel the stirring of something more — a quiet knowing that there's a deeper version of themselves waiting to be uncovered.
My own journey into awakening began when the life I'd built no longer fit the woman I was becoming. Through years of study, ceremony, and lived experience across shamanic traditions, energy healing, and self-mastery practices, I found my way home.
Today, I support women on the same path — holding space for you to remember your sovereignty, heal what's ready to be healed, and step into the fullest expression of who you are.
